Besides working as a university teacher, ten years ago I founded a research center which concentrates on price building in the food value chains. Digital solutions are becoming more and more important in improving the efficiency of many process steps. My main concern is promoting these digital concepts and thereby making all food industry supply chains sustainable. My main focus is on cloud-based platform solutions for the food sector.

Many years of experience in the IT sector built the basis for the foundation of two companies whose leader I am until this very day. Keeping an eye on innovations as well as the customers' needs is the basis of my work.
